So here's a quick matte painting I did for an ad campaign. :)

This project was really fun to make, plus the client was amazing! I'm certainly going to continue working with him in future projects, most likely with watercolor illustrations.

This book is going to be published soon by Mascot Books and Adina Publishing.

The Chocolate Angel - Part 1

I've also been working on a new freelance gig. This is a children's book called The Chocolate Angel, written by Myles Schrag. Hope I can finish this soon!

Back to the core

So I'm back at my place in Costa Rica. Decided to just stick to my roots and start that artist life I always talk about but never actually accomplish.

I started learning classical realism with the Charles Bargue method at Atelier del Sol and it's been amazing. It's like I finally got the passion back for painting and for my art. I realized I'm very goot at it and I decided to just do this until I die.

Living in the U.S.

Well... long story short, I moved to the U.S. New life, here I come :)

Here's the thingy I had to finish for my brother a loooong time ago and I didn't because I'm a bad person. [ Sorry Victor :(..]

I'm right now staying with my boyfriend's family, they've all been very welcoming and they loved me from day one because I made some delish costa rican dinner, hehehe... As for my work stuff, I'm learning Unity right now. Gotta put all my 3D knowledge somewhere! I had a crazy dream one night and it was a FPS game, and I kept dying because it was super hard! So that's gonna be my first project. The name was also provided by my wacky dream: Kill all the Men. It's gonna be fun!!! Gotta do all the concepts first and I'm probably gonna need a lot of help later on, but I'm not scared! Old school doom like shooter game.. here I come :)

So I started painting this illustration, excited I was gonna be part of a League Contest, and then when I was almost done and ready to upload, turned out the contest was only for United States and Mexico.... But oh well.. I got a new piece at least : D
