So I started painting this illustration, excited I was gonna be part of a League Contest, and then when I was almost done and ready to upload, turned out the contest was only for United States and Mexico.... But oh well.. I got a new piece at least : D

Hamilton

I'm starting a new game project of famous internet cats (i mean c'mon, that HAS to sell). Started with Hamilton the Hipster Cat, but when I finished I realized I need to make them more cartoony, this looks a bit too boring... So... here we go : )

Was sketching a girl and a friend told me: Make her hair pink! And now put bubbles in it! And so I did.

Oh yeah, I forgot to write actually about this other huge part of my life? How could this happen ...

Anyways, just finished this logo for an upcoming event of big proportions I'm working on, called... you guessed it... Fantásia. It's gonna be EPIC (I hope). I need to revamp the entire image on FB, twitter, etc... Because honestly right now... well.... see for yourself ---> FANTASIA FB

I know right?? Needs A LOT of help : )

Also last week I finished saving a former project I did with my company that went down the drain last year, so I rescued whatever I could and made it as another Hidden Object game (because that's what we do... although I hope sometime in the future I could make some other kind of games)

Last week I had a photo shoot with my friends from the group STEEL, and it was SO much fun. I picked the best pics from almost 800 that we took and fixed them a bit.  Hope you like!

New DG game

This is the stuff I've been working on lately. Photo manips for a Hidden Object game we're gonna release soon : ) I've been busy busy busy! Just a few though, I can't really show the entire set : P

Middle of the night Story

Yesterday at 2 am I woke up to a scratching sound. I know. It was creepy. To me this was even more scary because I've been haunted my entire life by... let's says, stuff from the other side. : / (I even got a tattoo for protection and it actually works, I don't wake up in the middle of the night to someone screaming my name anymore).

Still, I had to know. I had to see what it was making that sound.

Funny thing is, the moment I opened my eyes, the sound stopped. Like it knew I woke up and could hear it. I stayed very still and quiet, and suddenly the sound was there again. I was, at that moment, officially shitting my pants. But that did not stop me from getting up, turning on the light and standing still, just staring at the place where the sound was coming from. If that'd been a slasher movie, I'd be dead already.

I noticed then some kindling by the door. First thing I thought was: OMG BORROWERS ARE REAL. But then I came to my senses and went back to bed. I left the light on and covered myself all the way up to my eyes, so I could still see if anything paranormal where to happen.

As with all cases, of course... It didn't. I saw movement on top of the tv cabinet and stared at it. It was a little mouse walking around. I watched it scavenge for a few minutes. Then the mouse climbed on my tv and I thought: OHHH NO BITCH, IT'S OOON NOW!

I kept looking at it while reaching slowly for my phone. I called my hero of course: my dad. Duh. We scared the mouse into the bathroom and trapped it there. I mean c'mon, it was 2 am, we weren't gonna do any mouse catching that day.

Next day we forgot to hunt it down, and still I'm not sure if the mouse made my bathroom his residence or if it left. I like to think he lives inside the wire box I have there, going out at night and laughing at us.

WoW birthday Gift

My brother is a super fan of World of Warcraft, as it was a big part of him growing up. He asked this year for a special gift for his birthday: an illustration of him and his 2 buddies as their WoW characters, making something funny. Soooo that's what I've been doing today. Just finished the linework for it, ready to start painting : )

Oh yeah, did I mention I only have 4 days to get it done and printed?? Crap.. I hope it's enough : P

A new start

There comes a time for every artist when he needs to fling himself out into the world. Tell everybody "I'm HERE! This is ME! This is what I do and screw everybody!"  ... Well, maybe not that harsh, but something of the sort.  I'm exactly at that time now.

I found out that my life demands more recognition, people actually looking at me and connecting my face to my work. SO I'm gonna start marketing myself everywhere. Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Behance, you name it. I want to be side by side with critique and hard work, I need to grow grow GROW.

I'm gonna post every bit of thought, every little thing I do, every small step I take towards my enhanced life. It's time to start living for myself, instead of doing things for someone else.

It's gonna be AWESOME.
